Due to the nature of our business, service fulfillment is based on the agreed-upon scope and timeline discussed with each client. After payment, clients will receive confirmation of their service details via email, and work will commence according to the timeline specified in the agreement.
Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet our clients' expectations. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and consulting work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once work has begun. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service before work has started, please notify us immediately at info@crossxdigital.com. Cancellations requested after work has begun may not be eligible for a refund, but we will review cases individually to find the best possible solution.
